Die Seite auf welcher der Backlink zu uns untergebracht wird,
muss einen Pagerank von mindestens 3 aufweisen, ist der Pagerank
kleiner als 3 akzeptieren wir nur einen Backlink direkt von der Startseite.
Ist der Pagerank einer Startseite = 0,
muss der Link auf der Starseite platziert werden.
Die linkgebende Seite darf nicht mehr als 20 ausgehende Links haben.
